Are you an Accounts Receivable expert who thrives on solving complex account reconciliations and improving processes? We're partnering with a growing company in Walnut Creek seeking a Senior AR Specialist / AR Manager to provide immediate support during a critical period.
This is a hands-on role focused on heavy reconciliations, AR cleanup, and training team members on reconciliation best practices.
? Lead complex account reconciliations and research discrepancies
? Review and clean up aged AR balances
? Analyze account activity and resolve outstanding issues
? Support cash applications and customer account management
? Identify process improvements within the AR function
? Train and mentor two team members on reconciliation procedures and best practices
? Assist with month-end activities and reporting
? Work closely with Accounting and Finance leadership
? 5+ years of Accounts Receivable experience
? Strong reconciliation experience is required
? Experience leading AR processes or managing an AR team
? Ability to investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies independently
? Advanced Excel skills preferred
? Excellent communication and training abilities
? Able to start immediately and make an immediate impact
